This warranty requires proof of purchase (order number); for offline customers, a receipt or purchase documents is required. After one year, repairs and replacements require a fee.
2. Returns are accepted within one month of the sale date. This is contingent upon the product showing no visible damage and the product having adequate packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation. We guarantee to fulfill the return process within three working days of receiving the return package.

f. Force majeure such as natural disasters (lightning strikes, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.) and accidents.
